Our classes, workshops and events are designed to provide a supportive community where we can come together & enjoy the traditional roots of yoga from Iyengar to Ashtanga yoga to guided meditation, reiki healing, thai massage, tarot card reading, essential oil workshops to chakra healing – we are here to provide you with everything the healing power of yoga has to offer.

We are inspired by the eastern culture of yoga, where yoga was born and continues to create ripples around the world. Our courses are designed to support you along your journey into the philosophy of yoga and the creation of a better life.

Balance, strength and flexibility are key to maintaining proper spinal alignment.

Improper spinal alignment can cause back pain and decrease range of motion in the back. Yoga postures focus on elongating the spine and rediscovering the spine’s range of motion, and is therefore a perfect complement to chiropractic treatment.

The Healing Art of Thai Massage | now at pūr

This ancient healing practice is a therapeutic technique of bodywork with roots in Yoga, Ayurvedic Medicine and Buddhist spiritual practice.
