 Welcome to PŪR Yoga Toronto, our community yoga studio by the beach | Yoga culture lives here & community grows here

Our classes, workshops and events are designed to provide a supportive community where we can come together & enjoy the traditional roots of yoga from Iyengar to Ashtanga yoga to guided meditation, reiki healing, thai massage, essential oil workshops to chakra healing – we are here to provide you with everything the healing power of yoga has to offer.

We are inspired by the eastern culture of yoga, where yoga was born and continues to create ripples around the world. Our courses are designed to support you along your journey into the philosophy of yoga and the creation of a better life. 

Your yoga posture practice is only part of what yoga has to offer you. So much of yoga takes place in everyday life -- It's our belief that if everyone practiced the culture of yoga, we would all have stronger compassion, a deeper love for life, a higher conscious experience & an infinite amount of genuine joy.

PŪR SUP in the Beaches!

Ever wanted to learn Stand Up Paddle Boarding or go out with friends and just enjoy some time out on the water? This is your summer to go SUP BOARDING.

PŪR SUP is pleased to offer Stand Up Paddle Board lessons. Whether this be your very first time, you need a refresher or would like to improve your skills, or just enjoy the water this one-hour session is for you.

       

      

INDO SUP Yoga!

Take your yoga practice to a new level and develop your core power and full body balance and stability with Yoga/Pilates training on a Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP). Indo Balance Board training is similar to the increasingly popular practice of SUP Yoga or Paddle Board yoga – without the need for water, a paddle board or perfect weather!  With many options for practice, including varying levels of instability (with the use of Indo flow cushions), anyone can enjoy this practice and feel successful. Appropriate for all levels of yogis, beginner to advanced.
