We offer a variety of classes for beginner yogis to those more advanced. From restorative to ashtanga, our goal is to provide a welcoming environment to help you expand your practice
and discover the many approaches to yoga. 


Beginner 1 Yoga Series

New to Yoga? Or maybe you've been practicing for a while and want to gain a deeper understanding of what you're practising. This yoga series progresses from week to week to build a solid understanding and develop a strong foundation in yoga. In a small group setting, learn and practise classical hatha yoga and understand the benefits of each pose. Learn how yoga can bring more peace and joy to support the other areas of your life. Beginner 2 Yoga Series, Yoga Fundamentals

This yoga build on the foundations learned in the beginners series or is yoga or is ideal for those who want to gain a deeper understanding of their yoga practice. Experience peace and joy in the different areas of your life to become your best self with a meditative yoga practice. Best results occur with regular practice! This class is suitable for beginners moving onto the next stage of yoga.

Candlelight Yoga & Meditation

Time for a little Zen. Enjoy this soothing and relaxing yoga class surrounded by calming music and the soft glow of candlelight.
The class will include lots of stretching and an emphasis on breath as we ease our way into a sweet meditation that will give you the opportunity to quiet the mind and connect with yourself, leaving you feeling balanced, calm and filled with a peaceful, easy feeling.

Taught by Cedar, this class is suitable for all levels. 

Community Class

Transition from work week to weekend with a deliciously soothing and heart centered mix of yin and restorative yoga.  This class is donation-based and the proceeds will go to a local charity.  You will leave feeling uplifted from the class and also knowing that you are helping your community.

Core and Flow, Levels 1-2

This is a Vinyasa Flow based class designed to challenge you with dynamic sequences of postures, synchronizing breath to movement.  Incorporation of targeted core conditioning will increase your overall strength, spinal balance and alignment.

Taught by Toni, this is a Level 1-2 class that is adaptable for all levels.

Hatha Basics , Level 1 & 2

Mixed level hatha yoga class that explores wide spectrum of postures and variations with a focus on alignment and breath. Safe modification offered in every posture - yoga props or the wall may be used. Leave feeling exhilarated, grounded & connected. 

Taught by Vicki, this is a Level 1-2 class, suitable for an experienced beginner or intermediate level.

Integrative Yoga (Fundamentals)

Yoga unites pairs of opposites in the system and tries to increase healing ability, awareness and integration in the body and mind. The goal of this practice is to bring self-transcendence through physical, mental and spiritual health. We practice the principles of Vinyasa Karma where the body, breath and mind are integrated to attain a unified state of harmony and attention. Correct practice of Hatha (Physical) Yoga, increases circulation and awareness in all parts of the body, from the muscular tissues to the glands and internal organs. Mindfulness meditation being an essential part of our practice, the real benefits of this class comes about because it is a system of maintenance and balance for the whole mind-body.

Taught by Yazdan, this class is accessible to all levels and abilities and suits individual needs and limitations.

Freedom Flow (Integrative Continued)

In this class we practice Yoga postures following a series of intelligently designed mind-body principles. Our Asana practice is based on the interpretation of T. Krishnamacharya, Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic healer, scholar and "the father of modern yoga". This meditation in movement involves cultivation of simultaneous and undisturbed awareness while moving into and out of the postures. Concentration on the breath in flow helps the practitioner to create internal heat, which purifies the blood, detoxifies the muscles and organs, and results in a body that is light and strong and a mind that is clear, connected and calm. Practicing with continuous attention allows you to refine your alignment in postures and experience yoga in an inspiring way to become strong in the body and in the mind.

Mindful Body

Mindful Body is a deeply focused alignment-based Hatha class, inspired by the Iyengar tradition. Here we learn through practice to fill every corner of the body with the strength of the mind's awareness and intention.  The class is especially valuable for those healing physical injuries, or seeking greater mental and emotional wellness and stability.  

Taught by Sheila G. this class is suitable for all levels. 

Mobility and Strength Yoga

Yoga Mobility and Strength is a yoga class led and designed by Lisa to help students become stronger and safer on the mat and beyond.  Whether you are relatively new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class will help you build strength to help support joint stability, posture and healthy movement patterns.  It will also focus on a variety of sequences and poses that can help to bring balance to a body that is used to a more traditional yoga practice as a way of reducing the incidence of common yoga-related injuries.  Expect a challenging 75 minutes of movement exploration, with plenty of encouragement to work with where you are at.

Sunrise Yoga

Join us on an explorative journey through yoga. This is a Hatha based yoga class where you will learn to practice mindfully and with respect for your own body. This class is built on a sequence of yoga postures (asanas), and conscious breathing (pranayama) combined with mental focus. Safely and gently develop your physical strength and flexibility with attention to posture, proper muscle activation and alignment. Let go of competition, judgement and expectations and build a yoga practice that is just right for you.  Start your day feeling refreshed, energized and peaceful. Appropriate for all fitness levels, modifications will be given to those new to the yoga journey.

Vinyasa: Dynamic Vinyasa

Vinyasa Flow classes are strong, alignment-based fluid offerings which challenge students to build strength and stability through functional movement patterns.  The classes are not fast-paced, but they are vigorous, and students can expect to be challenged less building strength through creative approaches to familiar postures

and transitions.  There is less focus on passive stretching and flexibility and more on dynamic stretching and muscle integrity.  These classes are suitable for students who have already established a regular yoga practice and are looking to investigate how to deepen their practices on a physical level.

Taught by Kate G., this class is for experienced beginners or intermediate level.

Vinyasa Flow

With an emphasis on breath, movement and well-aligned postures, this class builds strength, flexibility and balance in both the beginner and the more advanced student. An all-levels class, beginners will safely learn and practice the basics of a Vinyasa class while more experienced students can take postures to a deeper level. Finish with a peaceful guided mediation and you have a perfect Saturday morning practice!

Vinyasa, Sweet Vinyasa Flow

Reconnect, re-energize, and breathe! This class emphasizes awareness of the breath, focused attention on the sensations in the body, clear alignment in postures and a simple, yet sweet, guided meditation to calm your mind and open your heart.

Taught by Angela Y., this class is suitable for beginners and intermediate levels. 

Yin/Restorative Yoga

Create new space in the body & relax your mind. Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga we offer at the studio. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. These classes are slow pace, relaxing and are a perfect way to end the day. All levels welcome, our yin yoga/restorative classes per taught at room temperature. Join us for relaxing movement and opening, along with mantra & meditation. Get ready to release stress & renew your energy.

Youth Yoga

Yoga classes designed for youth that include yoga asana (poses), flexibility and core work, strengthening and balance moves, and meditation that encourages and develops concentration. This class supports prevention of injury and the promotion of focused, mindful thinking.  

Taught by Caitlan and Cedar, these classes are suitable for all levels, ages 10-14.

The TRX Suspension System

The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You control how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

TRX Flow

Want to build better strength for all your yoga postures?  Join us for this TRX Flow class which will challenge your endurance, strength and stability, utilizing the TRX Suspension training device. We promise – you will always have at least one hand and foot firmly rooted on the ground, as you move through familiar postures that will increase your core stability, and your muscular strength and endurance.

Functional Fitness

Get your full body strength, mobility and stretch work done in one class! Increase your metabolism, improve joint mobility, build strong core foundational support and increase muscular strength and endurance all with functional movements and with the TRX. You will circuit train through several strength and mobility exercises, with full body multi joint movements that mirror the way your body was meant to move. You will work with weights, bands, balls and the TRX to help challenge you in multiple ranges of motion. Finish with familiar yoga postures, using the support of the suspended TRX, for an overall body stretch and release.

Yoga Instruction and Private Fitness

Private, personalized yoga and fitness instruction help students gain confidence, receive guidance, and focus on their personal goals.  Instruction is tailored to the individual’s health, level, lifestyle and schedule.

Rates vary based on seniority of teacher, length of sessions, in studio and in home lessons. Sessions may be 30, 60 or 90 minutes in length and semi-private lessons are also available.



Yoga-Lattes is a unique class based on dynamic Vinyasa flows infused with Pilates core movements. Students will be challenged with energizing sequences ( suitable for all levels ) and Pilates exercises to strengthen core and overall muscle tone .This is a full-body functional exercise/yoga class that will leave you feeling energized and relaxed with a sweet shavasana to compliment the class.

Mindfulness and Meditation

Improve your health and mood with mindfulness and meditation. There are so many benefits to mindfulness and meditation. Feel calmer and less stressed, reduce anxiety and tension, and find some inner peace. It even helps the physical body – strengthening the immune system, improved metabolism, and heal injuries faster. Learn and practice different mindfulness and meditation techniques each week in a progressive manner.
