Private Fitness & Yoga Instruction
With private yoga or fitness lessons, you'll gain confidence, receive guidance and focus on your personal goals, at a time that works for you.
Personalized instruction will be based on your health, level, lifestyle—and your availability.
Personalized yoga instruction will assist you with:
· a flow, sequence or advanced poses, e.g. headstand or handstand;
· injury prevention and enhanced balance; and,
· specific and additional instruction for improving your own practice.
Personalized fitness instruction will assist you with:
· increased body awareness, confidence and strength;
· enhanced balance, mobility and well-being; and,
· rehabilitation, stronger bones, muscles and maintenance of good health.
Rates vary based on seniority of teacher, length of sessions, in studio and in home lessons. Sessions may be 30, 60 or 90 minutes in length and semi-private lessons are also available.
