Beginners Yoga - Sundays for 6 weeks

New to Yoga? Or maybe you've been practicing for a while and want to gain a deeper understanding of what you're practising. This yoga series progresses from week to week to build a solid understanding and develop a strong foundation in yoga. In a small group setting, learn and practise classical hatha yoga and understand the benefits of each pose. Learn how yoga can bring more peace and joy to support the other areas of your life. The class runs in a 6 week series so please check PŪR YOGA’s schedule for more information.

When: Sundays, 12:15-1:30pm

Investment: full series fee $130+HST, new members get a free month pass upon purchase of series.

Monthly members can attend for free.

Hatha Fundamentals

Hatha Fundamentals

Looking to develop a yoga practice and make it a regular part of your life? This yoga series is for those who have practiced yoga previously or have completed the Beginners' Series Part 1. 

In a small group setting, learn and practice classical Hatha yoga progressively week to week. Dive deeper on the yoga mat with asanas, breathing techniques, strengthening exercises, relaxation, and meditation.

Experience how yoga can support other areas of your life.

When: Sundays, 1:45-3:00pm for 6 weeks

Investment: $130+hst
