 Welcome to PŪR Yoga Toronto, our community yoga studio by the beach | Yoga culture lives here & community grows here

Our classes, workshops and events are designed to provide a supportive community where we can come together & enjoy the traditional roots of yoga from Iyengar to Ashtanga yoga to guided meditation, reiki healing, thai massage, essential oil workshops to chakra healing – we are here to provide you with everything the healing power of yoga has to offer.

We are inspired by the eastern culture of yoga, where yoga was born and continues to create ripples around the world. Our courses are designed to support you along your journey into the philosophy of yoga and the creation of a better life. 

Your yoga posture practice is only part of what yoga has to offer you. So much of yoga takes place in everyday life -- It's our belief that if everyone practiced the culture of yoga, we would all have stronger compassion, a deeper love for life, a higher conscious experience & an infinite amount of genuine joy.

fall class Features

We offer a variety of classes from beginner yoga to more advanced classes. From Restorative to Vinyasa, our goal is to provide a welcoming environment to help you expand your practice and discover the many wonderful traditions of yoga.

Core + Flow

Moving between disciplines motivates you to burn more calories, tone, strengthen your core and sculpt lean muscle mass .This practice is great for those who would like to integrate strength and variety into their yoga practice. With a satisfying savasana inviting your body to fully absorb the practice and leaving you feeling strong , centred and relaxed .

Class is Wednesday evening from 6:15-7:15 pm.

Restorative, Gentle Yoga

Time for a little Zen.

Enjoy this soothing and relaxing yoga class surrounded by calming music and the soft glow of candlelight.


The class will include lots of stretching and an emphasis on breath as we ease our way into a sweet meditation that will give you the opportunity to quiet the mind and connect with yourself, leaving you feeling balanced, calm and filled with a peaceful, easy feeling.

Dynamic Vinyasa

Vinyasa Flow classes are strong, alignment-based fluid offerings which challenge students to build strength and stability through functional movement patterns.  The class is not fast-paced, but it is vigorous, and students can expect to be challenged to build strength through creative approaches to familiar postures.

There is less focus on passive stretching and flexibility and more on dynamic stretching and muscle integrity. 

This class is suitable for students who have already established a regular yoga practice and are looking to investigate how to deepen their practices on a physical level.
