Experience the tradition of Reiki with your yoga practice. This will be a special experience with Reiki Master Ben Bemmel & Restorative yoga teacher Caitlan Carver. 

Enjoy the healing benefits of Reiki as you relax in yoga postures designed to open your chakras and align your energy. Ben will be performing one-on-one reiki through your practice. 

Gain insight into what energy needs to be released from your body and spirit. Connect with the divine and cleanse your chakras, open up, renew, refresh and say hello to a new beginning. Class will end with a cleansing crystal bowl sound bath. 

When: Oct 28th, 5-7pm.

Learn the tradition of Iyengar yoga with one of Toronto's few highly trainer Iyengar yoga teachers, Cindy Campbell. 

Cindy is inspired by leading Iyengar teachers in North America and from the source during her trips to Pune, India to study with the Iyengar family. Cindy is energetic, caring about students' needs and compassion in her teaching style. She currently holds Junior Intermediate II certification. 

When: Fridays from 11.30am-12.45pm

Beginners Yoga & Yoga Nidra with Deborah Lim

Deborah practices Yoga in a classical manner that balances our the four elements-bhakti, karma, jnana, and raja yoga. Her teachers include Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda, who lived simply in dedication to selfless service based on traditional yogic teachings and philosophy. Deborah teaches smaller, personal classes in a traditional manner, keeping the teachings true to their roots. Encouraging students to listen to their bodies, individuals work at their own pace in a nurturing environment. 

Beginners Yoga

New to Yoga? Or maybe you've been practicing for a while and want to gain a deeper understanding of what you're practising. This yoga series progresses from week to week to build a solid understanding and develop a strong foundation in yoga. In a small group setting, learn and practise classical hatha yoga and understand the benefits of each pose. Learn how yoga can bring more peace and joy to support the other areas of your life. The class runs in a 6 week series so please check PŪR YOGA’s schedule for more information.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a special relaxation technique which has a deep on the body, the energies and the mind. It is among the deepest possible states of relaxation wile still maintaining full consciousness. Deep muscular tension is released, the immune system is strengthened, quality of sleep improved- and it lowers levels of stress. 

This is a 6 week course beginning Sept 24th

When: Sundays, 3pm-4pm

Investment: Free for monthly members, $120 +HST for non-members

Stretch & Release with Justine Sipprell

This is a 6 week class that focuses on improving core tone and function, breathing, posture, balance and coordination. The series combines myofascial release, strengthening, stretching and mindfulness. Suitable for men and women of all ages particularly those with lower back or pelvic floor issues. You will learn 5 hypopressive postures, general ELDOA movements, yoga and pilates-based exercises, closing with a 10 minute meditation practice. 

Justine is a pilates teacher, personal trainer and doula who specialises in pelvic floor health using the Hypopressive technique. 

When: Begins Thursday Sept 28th for 6 weeks, 10.30-11.30am

Investment: $100 for members, $120 for non-members.
