Heated Yin Yoga is a form of yoga, held in a warmed up room, that is devoted to releasing the power of your body by increasing energy flow through its Meridians. Yin Yoga utilizes longer held poses often up to 3 - 5 minutes or more to go deeper into the connective tissues. This is not hot yoga!
