New to Yoga? Or maybe you've been practicing for a while and want to gain a deeper understanding of what you're practicing. This yoga series progresses from week to week to build a solid understanding and develop a strong foundation in yoga. In a small group setting, learn and practice classical hatha yoga and understand the benefits of each pose. Learn how yoga can bring more peace and joy to support the other areas of your life.

Dates: Sundays, Sept 15th to October 27th (except Oct 13th)

No drop-ins. Series fee may be pro-rated for those joining later; see in studio for prorated fee. Full fee must be paid by new clients to get the free 14 day unlimited pass.
