Transitioning into perimenopause and menopause can be baffling and frustrating. Learn how a focused, balanced practice that incorporates asana (postures) and pranayama (breath work) can help you through the experience. Over the four weeks, you'll be guided through sequences aimed at addressing specific symptoms that can arise during this challenging time and will be provided with handouts for home use.

WEEK 1 - Yoga for Perimenopause and Menopause
Address fatigue and mood swings.

WEEK 2 - Yoga for Emotional Stability
Settle the body and mind, soften and become quiet. 

WEEK 3 - Yoga for Headaches
Find relief from headaches and associated nausea and fatigue.

WEEK 4 - Yoga for Insomnia
Soothe the nerves, calm the mind and stabilize hormonal activity.
