Variety is the spice of life right? Join us for one of these exciting nights as we'll be hosting "pop-up" classes to offer the space to new teachers, new types of classes, new musicians and a variety of other artists. We want to share the space with other community members, offer you, our students, some variety and to infuse your week with a little something different. Be sure to watch for upcoming dates and pop-up's classes that we'll be hosting.

Investment: $12 drop-in rate + hst, you can use a class pass, or members are free.

AUGUST 6: GENTLE SHOULDER PRACTICE with CINDY CAMPBELL

A series of actions that can help you maintain healthy rotator cuffs by bringing awareness to your alignment, strengthening your shoulder muscles and opening your chest. Suitable for all levels.

AUGUST 13: MINDFULNESS & YOGA NIDRA with DEBORAH LIM

Calm and focus your mind in this combo class of breathing, light stretching and mindfulness. Experience different methods to help bring and keep you in the present moment, including mindfulness, meditation, yoga nidra, and pranayama (breathing techniques). These will help you to develop or strengthen your meditation practice. Suitable for all levels of yogis and meditators.

AUGUST 20: FIT FLOW with LAUREN SINGLETON

What happens when Vinyasa Flow meets classical fitness techniques? This class! Join Lauren Singleton, Yoga Teacher and Fitness Instructor for an experience that will blend familiar yoga asana with some fitness modalities sprinkled in to create a well-balanced, mindful experience focused on strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility and relaxation. Both beginners and those with a stronger practice will be encouraged to find a pace that challenges them.

AUGUST 27: PREPARATION FOR ARM BALANCES with STEVEN WHITE

Want to do arm balances but not sure how to get there? Using components from Animal Flow this class will help you develop the strength and flexibility needed for an arm balance practice. Build a strong foundation with wrist mobilizations, static activations, shoulder exercises, and core work.
