My name is Liz and I’m the proud owner and client of PŪRYOGA. About 3 years ago I was presented with an opportunity to become part of this great community, studio and space. I have been blessed with wonderful teachers, staff, and of course, clients who seek to have yoga as part of their positive lifestyle.
Over the past 4 years I began a new life. I was sick, I needed help and I needed to make changes in my life to survive. To be a better person, wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. I sought help and something that became clear was a need to find balance in my life between work, personal life, emotional and physical health. Yoga became a huge part of my healing journey and the balance that I needed to chart a new journey.
At PŪRYOGA you will find a yoga community that is committed, accepting and welcoming to everyone who walks through our doors. All levels are welcome, beginners to experienced. We offer classes that offer strengthening, balance, breath work and time for yourself. We have specialized classes that anyone of any physical ability can participate in. And we offer workshops and events that support your development of yoga, including beginners, and often support the healing and emotional balance we all need from time to time.
I’m so pleased that I have been doing yoga and enjoying the time, space and conversation I have with so many of you who have made PŪR YOGA what it is today.
And although my healing journey continues, I am accepting of the place I am in, and I strive everyday to make my life better. I want to offer the same opportunity for others. I, and our incredible team of teachers, staff and volunteers welcome anyone who would like to join our community. You will love it. You will not regret it. And after every class you will feel like a healthier, stronger person who has taken time for you.
Serenity and Peace to all of you. Hope we see you soon😊
