What is Stand up Paddle Board INDO Yoga? Exactly what it sounds like.
Yoga on a paddle board, indoors. While Stand up Paddle (SUP) Boarding has been around for years, Stand Up Paddle Board Indo Yoga has only recently come into its own, and offers an exciting and challenging mix of paddle board and yoga indoors – the perfect opportunity to bring the summertime in! And to prepare yourself to be water bound!
The intention is that each pose will be more challenging on a SUP indo board than on traditional mats. Balance, focus and core strength take centre stage. And there is still a Savasana at the end to bring all that work into a space that your body and mind can absorb and appreciate. All levels are welcome.
