Beginners Yoga - Sundays for 6 weeks
New to Yoga? Or maybe you've been practicing for a while and want to gain a deeper understanding of what you're practicing. This yoga series progresses from week to week to build a solid understanding and develop a strong foundation in yoga. In a small group setting, learn and practice classical hatha yoga and understand the benefits of each pose. Learn how yoga can bring more peace and joy to support the other areas of your life.
When: Sundays, 12:30-1:45 pm: April 28th to June 9th (except May 19th)
Investment: full series fee $130+HST, new clients get a two week unlimited pass upon purchase of series.
Monthly members get a 10% discount.
