Please come 10-15 minutes early to fill out a waiver and get registered for class.
Place all your devices on silent upon arrival to the studio.
Be mindful of your voice level in the lobby – savasana may be in process.
Please bring your own mat. Rental mats are also available at a cost of $3. We supply all other props.
Wear comfortable clothes that stretch, layers are also a good idea.
Bring a water bottle.
Let your teacher or a staff member know that you are new. Also let them know of any injuries, pregnancy, or health conditions in advance of the class.
HST (13%) will be added to all fees.
All sale merchandise is final sale. Regular priced merchandise can be exchanged only within 15 days.
Payments for workshops, events, or series are non-refundable and non-transferable but account credit may be given to use towards other studio services or products. To purchase a workshop pass for yourself and someone else online, two separate transactions must be placed.
Where discounts are offered, they can not be combined. The higher valued discount will be honoured.
Class passes are non-refundable and expire after one year from date of purchase. They can also be shared with your family.
Free Passes are for one time use and new students only. If you received more than one free pass – please share with a friend!

Monthly memberships when purchased for either 4-month or 12-month blocks will automatically be charged to your credit card on their renewal date each month. At the end of either the 4-month or 12-month cycle, your membership will renew once again for an additional term. If you would prefer to pay cash or debit for your monthly pass, this must be done in the studio on a monthly basis. You will receive an email from PUR Yoga Toronto advising you of any upcoming expiry dates.
Membership holds are only available for 12-month memberships. 30-day notice in writing to email@example.com must be provided to either hold or cancel monthly memberships on auto-renew.
Monthly memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Auto-renew memberships can be placed on hold for the following reasons:
Out of the city for more than 21 days in one calendar month
Illness or injury
$25 admin fee for all holds
Partial payments cannot be accepted on monthly memberships
